In music, graphic scores show that only two elements are necessary for self-organization: a clear purpose and a few restrictions or boundaries. A business team and a musical ensemble are both groups of people that need to work together to achieve harmony. Having spent 15 years as a professional musician and producer in the Netherlands, Sonsoles uses systemic tools and serious games to help create productive teams. Fluent in English, Spanish and Dutch, she then transitioned into roles such as advisor, project manager and board member in industries across biotech, IT, and automotive. While it may seem that music is a world apart, the guiding principles couldn’t be more aligned, her previous experience is her value-add.
Seasoned in managing emotions, controlling fear and taking decisive action, clients have described her style as transformative and enthusiastic, with an approach to business that blends Dutch pragmatism and a humanistic Spanish temperament.
Purpose-driven and productive team-building can be complex and require dynamic solutions in our rapidly changing global marketplace. Sonsoles’ experience as a renowned concert pianist with a reputation for combining unexpected styles and holistic arrangements, is apparent in her approach and expertise in improvisation. There is a focus on creating sustainable, organizational eco-systems by bridging silos and leveraging multi-skilled worker’s talents to create a highly adaptable structure for the modern workplace.
