Tech tools: I am a seasoned user of Zoom and GoToMeeting/GoToTraining, and other web-based tools which I combine to cater to your situation. During the sessions we typically use a whiteboard, screen sharing — including multiple screens simultaneously, breakout rooms, multiple video feeds, chat, raise-hand function, and virtual coffee corner.
Systemic tools: I have a toolbox of interactive structured processes to lead your team or group through successful online sessions.
Skills and competencies: My lengthy certification process in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching was a dual process in systemic and remote facilitation of teams and groups. I have honed my online skills with hundreds of participants across all continents.
